Do you offer student discounts?

Yes, we're happy to support the next generation of content creators! Email us, or give us a call, to find out more about our excellent student discounts.

What is your cancelation policy?

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before a scheduled pick up time. After that, a full-day rate will be charged to your card.

Do you require insurance?

Insurance is generally required for all rentals valued over $1000.

When is payment required?

All rentals must be paid in full before pick up.

Can you do a half-day rate?

No, 178 Digital doesn't offer half-day rentals.

Do you offer multi-day discounts?

Yes, One Seven Eight offers multi-day discounts, with a 25% reduction after the first rental day. We also have a 3-day rental week, and a 1-day weekend rate.

When are your pick up and drop off times?

Pick up is from 3-6pm. Return is between 10am and noon. Contact us if your rental requires flexibility with these times.

What is considered a one day rental?

A single rental day starts with pick up occurring the afternoon before the rental, and drop off happening the morning after the rental.

Can you put some items on hold for me?

One Seven Eight will only put equipment on hold when a deposit is given.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, we do deliver rental packages throughout the lower mainland. Our delivery rate starts at $90 each way, and increases depending on the amount of equipment and the distance required.
